We want OnCrest to work for you. If it doesn't, we'd rather give you your money back than keep it.

1. Our commitment

We want OnCrest to work for you. If it doesn't, we'd rather give you your money back than keep it. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests are considered if submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.

A refund may not be issued if:

  • The 15-day window has passed
  • The account shows substantial usage of Pro features during the period (suggesting the product did work as intended)
  • The purchase was made with a discount code or as part of a promotional offer marked non-refundable at checkout
  • The reason is incompatibility with a third-party tool or service outside OnCrest's control
  • Our terms of service have been violated

We reserve the right to make the final call on eligibility. We'll be reasonable about it.

3. How to request

Email contact@oncrest.app with:

  • Your purchase email
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • A brief reason (helps us improve — not required to qualify)

We'll respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 3–10 business days.

4. What happens after a refund

Access to Pro features is revoked once the refund is processed. Your local data (intentions, patterns, history) is not deleted and remains on your device. You continue on the free tier.

For lifetime purchases: a refund permanently voids the license. Re-purchasing at a later date is at the price current at that time.

5. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. It does not trigger a refund for the current period already paid. Refund requests for a current period are considered under the same 15-day eligibility window from the most recent billing date.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date at the top changes when it does. Material changes are communicated via release notes or email to active subscribers. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
