What OnCrest is

OnCrest is a focus tool. It helps you notice when you've drifted and choose what to do about it. It's not a medical product, a therapist, or a substitute for professional help. Use your own judgment about whether it suits you.

Your account

Most of OnCrest works without an account. Pro features may require one. If you have an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity that happens under it.

Payment

Pro is sold as a subscription or a one-time lifetime license. Prices are listed on the website and may change for future purchases. Existing subscriptions and lifetime licenses are honored at the price you paid.

Refunds: if Pro doesn't work for you, email me within 14 days of purchase and I'll refund you, no questions asked.

What you agree not to do

Don't try to reverse engineer the extension, resell it, or use it in ways that break the law or harm others. Don't share your license key with people who didn't pay for it.

What can change

OnCrest is actively developed. Features may be added, changed, or removed. I'll try to give notice for anything that meaningfully affects paying users, but I can't promise any specific feature will exist forever.

If OnCrest is ever discontinued, existing lifetime licenses will continue to work for as long as the extension itself can run. I won't be able to provide support after that point.

No guarantees

OnCrest is provided as-is. I do my best to make it work well, but I can't guarantee it will be bug-free, available at all times, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

To the extent allowed by law, Sva Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OnCrest. If something does go legally wrong, the total liability is limited to what you paid for the extension in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in India.

Changes to these terms

If these terms meaningfully change, the date at the top updates and active users are notified via release notes. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
